Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Production Target.
∎ To carry out development work (installation of new production line) for business growth.
∎ To conduct Research & Development activities.
∎ To conduct market survey to ensure the performance of existing product as well as to find the new business scope.
∎ Production Planning in consultation with Sales, SCM, Distribution & Production team.
∎ Work closely with HRM Team for manpower planning.
∎ Development of existing product.
∎ To Lunch new product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to visit Factory (Narayanganj) Frequently.
