∎ ENGINEERS` HOUSE is an effort of a group of committed engineers, serving as a consultancy cum Construction Company as well as it includes supply, installation & maintenance of all types of civil, electrical & environmental works specially design, fabrication & erection of Steel Building. Engineers` House is performing as a one stop solution center for civil, architectural, environmental engineering & general suppliers. ENGINEERS` HOUSE has been serving since 2010 and officially registered in 2013 from Dhaka North City Corporation. It revealed as private limited company "ENGINEERS` HOUSE LTD" from March` 2015.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Lead, Supervise and Execute all administrative duties & HR policies in assigned section to satisfy project requirements / Office requirements.
∎ Prepare letters, reports, records, and other related documents from rough drafts and corrected copies; proofreads completed materials and makes corrections for concerned authorities and provide support to management.
∎ Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other diagnostic tools for use by the department and supervisors.
∎ Purchase and record keeping of the stationery, construction equipment and fixed asset for project to project or head office.
∎ Search potential suppliers, and negotiate price & ensure commitment from them.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions.
∎ Ensure that financial reports and supporting schedules/verification of daily voucher/ documents are produced for audit, as per Management.
∎ Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it's disbursement.
∎ Maintain employee attendance management & help leave management process.
∎ Recruit right manpower as per requirement of management & ensuring proper job assignments to each employees providing position wise job description.
∎ Employee payroll and benefits management, performance management and implement policies and procedures for the betterment of company as per labour law & company law.
∎ Daily reporting to superior authority /management.
∎ Any other duties as instructed by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4 to 6 years work experience in Multinational Companies, Infrastructure Development/Construction Companies preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
∎ Experience with office management software like MS Office (Specifically-MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong leadership, quick decision making, policy making and managing business functions
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills
∎ Willingness to work under pressure
∎ Team Work and Team Commitment
∎ Good command of English and Bangla in both written and verbal
∎ Adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015.
