Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering ( Any public university)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smart coordination with government officials, Consultant, Vendors and Project Engineers.
∎ Coordinating, implementing & monitoring the proper progresses of the projects and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Frequently site visit in anywhere in Bangladesh for project progresses speed up and maintain the quality of the project.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of PE, DPE, APE, APC & PC level according to site Program / Schedule.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental coordination with others department and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years construction experience.
∎ Smart coordination with government officials, Consultant, Vendors and Project Engineers.
∎ The applicants should have experience in at least two 7 Storied Building direct construction & supervision including Pile casting, Plumbing, Painting & electrical works.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications as well as MS Office, Auto CAD, 3D etc.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
