Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Residential & Commercial Building, substation, Roads, Steel Structure.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
∎ Strong knowledge of Building Works and Roads construction techniques and materials.
∎ Learns to use AutoCAD.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the on-site construction of civil works.
∎ Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
∎ Monitor and control project progress and costs.
∎ Coordinate with Govt. Authority & UN Authority.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
∎ Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.
∎ Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.
