Experience in IT department of a reputed organization will be preferred.
OLT and ONU Configuration
Switches/Routers (Mikrotik, Cisco, Huawei, Arista, Bdcom)
Network Monitoring Tools (The Dude, LibreNMS, MRTG)
Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Configure and manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, and OLT devices.
Perform Mikrotik configurations including VLAN, BGP, filter rules, IP address, PPPoE, NAT, and queues.
Handle OLT configurations (EPON, GPON).
Work with Switches such as Cisco Nexus, Huawei, Arista, and Bdcom.
Monitor the network using tools like The Dude, LibreNMS, and MRTG.
Provide technical support to MAC/Bandwidth clients.
Respond to support calls and resolve issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot network outages and other technical issues.
Coordinate with technicians for new link setups and maintenance of existing links.
Collaborate closely with the NOC and Core Network Teams to maintain service quality.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
