• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Age At most 40 years

• Experience in IT department of a reputed organization will be preferred.

• OLT and ONU Configuration

• Switches/Routers (Mikrotik, Cisco, Huawei, Arista, Bdcom)

• Network Monitoring Tools (The Dude, LibreNMS, MRTG)

• Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.

• Configure and manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, and OLT devices.

• Perform Mikrotik configurations including VLAN, BGP, filter rules, IP address, PPPoE, NAT, and queues.

• Handle OLT configurations (EPON, GPON).

• Work with Switches such as Cisco Nexus, Huawei, Arista, and Bdcom.

• Monitor the network using tools like The Dude, LibreNMS, and MRTG.

• Provide technical support to MAC/Bandwidth clients.

• Respond to support calls and resolve issues efficiently.

• Troubleshoot network outages and other technical issues.

• Coordinate with technicians for new link setups and maintenance of existing links.

• Collaborate closely with the NOC and Core Network Teams to maintain service quality.

• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
