Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MIS, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tecnology
∎ Exceptional expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must.
∎ Strong knowledge of data analysis, data management, and reporting tools.
∎ Proficiency in using MIS software and systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail.
∎ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Prior experience in MIS operations or data analysis is a plus but not mandatory.
∎
∎ Note: The minimum bachelor's degree requirement can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional Excel skills and relevant experience in MIS operations.
∎ Skills Required: Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Data Analysis, Data management, MIS, Reporting Tool

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and maintaining the MIS system to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
∎
∎ Generating reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support decision-making.
∎
∎ Collaborating with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data for business operations.
∎
∎ Implementing data quality checks, data validation processes, and error handling mechanisms.
∎
∎ Developing and enhancing data-driven processes and workflows.
∎
∎ Supporting the implementation and optimization of software and tools related to MIS operations.
∎
∎ Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to data systems and processes.
∎
∎ Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
∎
∎ Training team members on MIS usage and best practices.
∎ Inventory management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Preferred).
