Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring the overall sales operations of the outlet including cash handling with the customers and inventory control
∎ Shall be working in the uniform with the grooming standard set by the company.
∎ Ensuring all the work is happening as per company process and policies.
∎ Develop strategies and suggests plan to management for expansion of business.
∎ Diligently strive to increase sales, promote, exposure and increase the sale of INGLOT products in Bangladesh
∎ Has to comply always with the rules, regulations, and guidelines as to conduct of this business
∎ Conduct training to the junior make-up artists and make them handful in increasing sales.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years experience in any reputed cosmetics related organization are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to work under tremendous pressure.
