Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA or Hon's in any discipline (Preferably Marketing) from any reputed university. Educational qualification can be considered for the highly experienced applicant.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fairly handle, manage and monitor overall store activities to achieve the sales target.
∎ Maximize sales and exceeds store budgets in all locations, achieve through effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management, and highest possible levels of customer service.
∎ Use sales and space reports to determine correct allocation of space within store, and uses sales history to condense or open space out seasonally.
∎ Minimize shrinkage and control administration cost.
∎ Gather marketplace feedback and on the ground competitor intelligence for product, price, location, activity and promotions.
∎ Constantly review sales improvement practices, plans and initiatives.
∎ Participate in selection of new staff ensuring all vacancies are filled with appropriately qualified individuals.
∎ Evaluate staff and team performance.
∎ Coaching store leaders for their development & succession.
∎ Work with digital marketing team to understand the project scope and objectives.
∎ Any other task/s assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory management, Retail Outlets, Retail Sales, Store Management and
∎ At least 3 years of extensive experience in Retail Management
∎ Experience in clothing industry will get added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
