Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a market for construction chemicals. To monitoring Dealer & channel partner.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ To visit retail shop, Masson and Engineers Consultancy firm for Prescribing and sales our Products.
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from others competitors.
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth. To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors.
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, a yearly with searching new customers.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level.
∎ Maintain new Dealer inquiries & application data.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to accept any type of responsibility given by the management.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent capability to communicate through online.
∎ Must have at least 02 years working experience as an Executive (Sales & Marketing) in any reputed Construction Chemical (Admixture), Cement Company.
∎ Must have Smart Phone.
∎ Candidates who have Motorcycle will get extra priority.
