Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct technical assessment of vehicles prior to LPG conversion.
Supervise the complete LPG conversion process (both in-house and outsourced).
Ensure proper installation of LPG kits, engine components, and safety devices.
Perform tuning, post-conversion performance testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain all related documentation including conversion records, materials, and test results.
Assist in developing SOPs and technical guidelines.
Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and relevant internal departments.
Support R&D initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.
