• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Responsible for daily operative goals within procurement department.

• Receive requisition for local purchase (machinery, spare parts etc.) in specified format and with necessary approvals.

• Execute transactional order placement for items.

• Float enquiries to suppliers for local procurement (machinery & spare parts) items, receive quotations, prepare comparative statement and seek approval as per SOP.

• Negotiate purchase terms with the local vendor.

• Issue purchase order and receive pro forma invoices from suppliers and verify for requisite details (price, quantity, etc.) as per SOP.

• Complete purchase process and delivery within specified timelines and maintain related MIS for records, future use and evaluate vendors.

• Assist in bill verification and documentation of vendors for timely payment.

• Maintain MIS or updates and maintain inventory management systems to track availability of equipment, spare parts etc.

• Work closely with user departments to monitor demand, issues related to materials, delays etc.
