Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and configure software and hardware.
∎ Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
∎ Link up and monitor the PC with the server and storage functions.
∎ Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
∎ Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
∎ Operation of MS Office & Office management software.
∎ Experience in Windows network.
∎ Understanding of trading and tender processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
∎ Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
