Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Windows-related issues efficiently.
∎ Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and all IT equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to printers, UPS, IPS, switches, routers, and systems in use.
∎ Install and configure Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL Server 2012.
∎ Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization's network and software systems.
∎ Register employees' fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels.
∎ Ensure optimal utilization of company IT assets and maintain accurate records of IT equipment.
∎ Maintain, protect, and develop the company's IT systems, including managing access levels, access control, and securing the network by implementing monitoring, control, and evaluation measures. Maintain documentation systematically.
∎ Oversee and secure the server while ensuring a systematic data backup process.
∎ Regularly monitor IT operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies, rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Ensure full control and security of the IT network across retail shops and the head office.
∎ Prepare various MIS reports as required by management.
∎ Monitor and maintain the CCTV system (IP cameras) and configure attendance machines.
∎ Update and manage development-related tasks on the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate information is input regularly.
∎ Provide any other IT-related support as assigned by the management.
