Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Inspection & Control
Conduct inline and final inspections as per AQL standards.
Inspect garments for stitching defects, measurement accuracy, fabric flaws, trims quality, and finishing issues.
Ensure products meet buyer requirements and technical specifications.
Report Preparation
Prepare detailed inspection reports including findings, defect analysis, and photographic evidence.
Submit final quality reports to management, buyers, and concerned factory personnel.
Measurement & Specification Verification
Check garment measurements according to size charts and approved samples.
Verify workmanship, labeling, packing, and overall presentation standards.
Coordination & Communication
Communicate quality issues to production teams for immediate corrective action.
Coordinate with supervisors, merchandisers, and quality managers to ensure compliance.
Defect Analysis & Improvement
Identify root causes of recurring defects.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall production quality.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Ensure adherence to buyer compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
