- Experience in IT department of a reputed organization will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali is essential.
- Should be dynamic and proactive.
- Should have the ability to prioritize and plan works effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain, configure, and provide support for network and web servers.
Respond promptly to server monitoring alerts, evaluate issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination with vendors, peers, and clients for ongoing projects and tasks.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network-related problems efficiently.
Collaborate with vendors and IT team members to ensure timely problem resolution.
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and conduct capacity planning.
Prepare and present reports on network operational status, while also managing assigned IT projects.
Maintain and oversee IT inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
