• Experience in relevant field (Procurement / Supply Chain)

• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.Develop effective strategies to identify and select the best suppliers for IT goods and services.

• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships: Identify suppliers who offer competitive pricing and quality products/services and establish fruitful partnerships with them.

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms: Skillfully negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements for the organization.

• Track and report key functional metrics: Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that procurement activities align with the organization`s goals.

• Foresee alterations in negotiating ability of suppliers and clients: Stay updated on market trends and anticipate changes in supplier and client negotiating power to effectively manage procurement risks.

• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supply contracts and agreements to protect the organization`s interests.

• Conduct a comparative analysis of supplier prices: Analyze and compare prices offered by different suppliers to make informed decisions that optimize cost savings.

• Review and evaluate supplier performance: Regularly assess the performance of suppliers to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and service level expectations.

• Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings: Implement cost control measures and promote a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs to maximize value for the organization
