Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• 2 to 3 years

• Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone

• Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly

• Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and pleasant conversation

• Must have advanced situational judgment –ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers

• Expertise in Graphics Design e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

• Technical competencies: basic computer skill-MS-Office, good typing skill.

• Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN, Access Point, and Wireless Networking

• Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4, IPv6, OS, firewall

• Should have strong networking knowledge

• Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms.

• Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.

• Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation router & Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc.

• IT inventory management and contribute to decision-making regarding device replacements and spare parts procurement.

• Maintain internal knowledge documents and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and peers.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
