Welcome clients with a warm and professional greeting upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Identify and understand clients’ needs to suggest suitable services.
Provide accurate service-related information, including duration, pricing, and pre/post-care details.
Maintain a smooth and friendly relationship between the client and assigned beautician.
Encourage clients to bring family and friends, promoting group bookings and referrals.
Inform clients politely of waiting times and manage queues efficiently to ensure service flow.
Ensure clients have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their waiting time by attending to them in a courteous and professional manner.
Stay updated on current beauty and fashion trends to engage in informed conversations with clients.
Participate in internal and external training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Handle documentation for feedback, client satisfaction forms, and any internal reports as required.
For Ladies Branches:
Time: Shifting and Roster
Morning 10 am to 6 pm and Evening: 1pm to 8pm
For Adams Branches:
Time : 10am to 8pm
Festival Bonus: 1 month salary for two Festival
