∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Preference will be given to experience in working with TV channels.
∎ Proficiency in Windows/Linux
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Good written and verbal communication.
∎ Degree in computer science or information technology.
∎ Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, and scanners etc.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Troubleshooting technical issues.
∎ Diagnosing and repairing faults.
∎ Providing timely and accurate support feedback.
∎ Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
∎ Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Replace parts as required.
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
