• Excellent interpersonal skills.·      

• Good written and verbal communication.·     

• Experience in Video Editing·     

• Fundamental knowledge of Computer·     

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure·     

• Ability to work shifting duty

·         Operate and monitor all equipment in the Master Control Room (MCR) to ensure smooth transmission.

·         Monitor multiple channels, ensuring scheduled programs, ads and promos are played correctly.

·         Schedule and execute playout of programs, commercials and live feeds.

·         Maintain accurate timing and sequencing of programs and breaks.

·         Ensure that automation/playout servers run without interruption.

·         Ingest and verify media files for proper format, resolution and audio levels before playout.

·         Ensure commercials, programs and promos are correctly loaded and aligned to the playlist.

·         Perform QC checks to avoid on-air errors such as black screens, muted audio or incorrect content.

·         Communicate effectively during live broadcasts to coordinate timing, ad insertions and emergency changes.
