• Age 24 to 36 years

• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.·     

• Excellent interpersonal skills.·      

• Good written and verbal communication.·     

• Degree in computer science or information technology.·     

• Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.

·         Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them

·        Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers and scanners etc.

·        Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

·        Troubleshooting technical issues.

·        Diagnosing and repairing faults.

·        Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

·        Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

·        Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

·       Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

·       Replace parts as required

·       Test and evaluate new technology
