Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
∎ Practical Knowledge & Clear concept about IT systems hardware troubleshoot & repair.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English is required

Job Context:
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged
∎ Reporting into the General Manager, Candidate will have full responsibility for information technology and Networking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend & resolve guest network & internet problem.
∎ Provide network communications support and technical guidance.
∎ Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment/systems.
∎ Provide end-user support for all applications.
∎ Enter commands and activate controls on computers and equipment.
∎ Consult with others to assess/analyze/resolve computing needs and system requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
∎ Train/instruct users in proper use and security of all systems.
∎ Install, Configure, Repair & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, systems, networks peripheral, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
∎ Install and service cabling infrastructure and devices for Data, Audio Visual, and CCTV; includes pre-wiring, installation, termination, testing, reporting, and labelling per specifications and drawings.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware & networks.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and provide extensive support to Switch, PC, Laptop, UPS related Hardware issues instantly.
∎ Troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems, determines the cause of error or stoppage, applies corrective techniques in cases where problems can be corrected, may arrange for repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.
∎ Monitors performance of local area networks, tracks significant problems, evaluates usage and modifies hardware for optimal performance.
∎ Install network racks and cabinets in server rooms & other premises
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices.
∎ Coordinates and participate on the department training & development.
∎ Refer major problems to immediate supervisors.
∎ Flexibility to work in a variety of environments, from construction sites.
Salary: Negotiable
