Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,ICT,ETE,ECE
∎ Skills Required: Erp software, IT Support Service, IT System Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardware and Software Application: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, IPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Help Desk support: Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing their IT related inquiries and issues via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
∎ Microsoft office update: Manage Microsoft Office install and update.
∎ IT Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate IT inventory of all IT assets like Laptops, Printers, Tonner.
∎ ERP Support: Provide ERP support to the end user.
∎ IT-related Bill Process and Approval
∎ Develop and Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera), Attendance machine configure & maintenance
∎ Daily basis user fault/system entry error receives & verify.
∎ Assigned any Job by Senior Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
