Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers may be considered depending on company policy).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.

Job Summary:
The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. This role involves handling daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and clients. The Accounts Officer supports budgeting, audits, and financial planning to help the organization maintain strong financial control and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: -Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records/Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations, Track customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments, Ensure timely collection of dues.
Bank & Cash Management: - Prepare bank reconciliation statements, monitor daily cash flow and maintain cash books, Handle deposits, withdrawals, and banking correspondence.
Payroll & Staff Payments: -Assist in preparing monthly payroll, calculate overtime, allowances, and deductions, Ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Tax & Compliance: Prepare VAT, Tax, and other statutory reports, ensure compliance with government financial regulations, Maintain documentation for audits.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: - Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, monitor expenses vs. budget, Provide financial insights for management decisions.
Audit Preparation: -Support internal and external audits, provide necessary documents, schedules, and explanations, Maintain proper filing systems for easy audit tracking.
Reporting: -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, share financial summaries with management, highlight variances and suggest corrective actions.
Inventory & Asset Management: -Monitor inventory records and ensure valuation accuracy, Maintain fixed asset registers, Assist in physical inventory checks.
General Administrative Support: -Coordinate with departments on financial matters, prepare vouchers, bills, and supporting documents., Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
