∎ B.Sc in CSE (Computer Science & Engineering), some condition may be relaxed depending on the Experience & Expertise.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support, identify problems root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Solving all kind of Computer Device, Printer, Projector, UPS and other office IT equipment's problems.
∎ Network Cabling, Switching, Routing etc.
∎ Network Analysis and Troubleshooting.
∎ Configuration MikroTik Router, Bandwidth Control, MAC Binding, Site blocking, Backup and recovery etc.
∎ Configuration various kinds of WI-Fi Router.
∎ Create & Maintain File & Printer Server, User group, Share folder.
∎ Maintenance Antivirus server and control user.
∎ Monitoring CCTV, Data backup, Configure DVR and NVR.
∎ Maintenance Access Control with Attendant software, create new user, Remove user.
∎ Installing all types of Application Software.
∎ Configure Outlook & Troubleshooting.
∎ Maintenance Windows Server.
∎ Support our Branch offices physically & remotely.
∎ Liaise with vendors for Purchase new IT Equipment's and Warranty Support.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 (Two) year or more Working Experience.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic & Self Motivated.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure & Multitask.
∎ Fairly Good in Spoken & Written in Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in MS Office Package.
