∎ Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills
∎ Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
∎ Must have a fundamental knowledge of IP phone telephony & Biometric attendance device
∎ Understands principles of data communications including LAN / WAN and VPN setup and installation, and problem determination/resolution
