∎ B.Sc in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop complete understanding of unit/Location level IT requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate IT to ensure system and process alignment of Unit/Location IT infrastructure to overall IT framework.
∎ Provide IT support to ensure smooth business operations at unit/Location.
∎ Ensure required maintenance of the IT infrastructure at unit/Location.
∎ Resolve IT queries and escalations at unit/location level.
∎ Prepare and maintain 3rd Party IT support hardware warranty and repair it on a timely basis.
∎ Inspect and configure all new computer system as per assignments.
∎ Monitor of Location/Unit Network services for smooth network transaction and escalate issues to corporate IT on timely basis.
∎ Provide technical advice to procure any IT hardware.
∎ Issue IT hardware to users as per entitlement.
∎ Monitor compliance to IT policies at unit/location level.
∎ Conduct IT training for basic computer skills and other applications for end user.
∎ Support unit level knowledge management through creation of necessary shared databases, repositories and managing access privileges as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years experience in IT support for all user needs at the plant / Location.

Salary: Negotiable
