Educational Requirements:
∎ B Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).Strong experience of at least 02 years of progressive experience in IT Field (i.e, IT Administration)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Database Administrator (DBA), Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Server Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), Trouble Shooting, Experience of Mikrotik router configuration. Must have good knowledge of mail server configuration.
∎ Must have good knowledge on hardware & networking.

Job Context:

∎ In our IT Department, we need that person who has the ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team. Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently. Effective team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Has a strong technical and positive attitude. Experience in Network Support will be necessary. Capability to handle everything smoothly, especially the entire company`s IT-related issues.
∎ Head Office-Aftab Nagor, Badda, Dhaha-1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware & software, DNS Server, and File Server on Windows Platform.
∎ Install, configure and maintain different types of servers (Linux & Windows environment) like Mail. DNS. Proxy. Web, DHCP, database etc.
∎ Install with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware, all kinds of operating systems IT-related equipment such as PC, server, laptop, printer, close circuit camera system, networking etc.
∎ Implement and maintain database security and backup including all system interfaces, hardware, and logs.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of CCTV Maintaining, access control systems, time and attendance systems in both ways Hardware & Networking.
∎ Design with configuring, Installing and managing LAN/MAN/WAN internet, copper and fiber, IP, and internet system network and hardware.
∎ Install, configure and manage server and network and network devices such as a router, switch, firewall, Bandwidth Manager, Wi-Fi etc.
∎ He will be responsible for IT support service (Computer end-user instant computer-related problem supervises, setup the antivirus in user end), windows server, with maintenance and follow-up regularly.
∎ IT-related cable warring (Network printer, scanner, and photocopier, SIP server account creating for IP Phones and IP phones configuring for every employee unique IP phone extension, Camera, etc.),
∎ Network Hardware Support (Cable warring, MikroTik Routers, Device Setup, etc.)
∎ Camera Hardware Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, video surveillance system (DVR, NVR & IP Camera) Installation, Configuration & Monitoring, and troubleshooting etc.) and Attendance Device Support (Cable warring, Device Setup, etc.)
∎ Knowledge of, Network will be added advantage.
∎ Modify the server configuration and user access permission as per management requirements.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling of our all the websites maintained by our organization.
∎ Ability to firewall modification, websites access permission configuring, Port forwarding, Internet Bandwidth monitoring, and controlling.
∎ Design and implementation of new solutions and incorporate new technologies in the current environment.
∎ Regular communication vendor for a solution & follow-up.
∎ Support the IT asset purchase & maintenance of current IT assets.
∎ SIM custodian and Dealing with Grameenphone support center and accounts manager of Grameenphone.
∎ Performs other duties (IT-related works) in any Office/Person physically or remotely.
