∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong organizing, planning, directing and problem-solving skills.
∎ Controlling and coordinating activities along with the team.
∎ Strong Analytical skills.
∎ Knowledge of garment processes and familiar with all machines.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of all compliance related matters
∎ Sharp knowledge on Operation bulletin / layout, Line balancing, Efficiency Calculation, Target, Production Monitoring, M/C plan, Skill Inventory.
∎ Strong knowledge on Operator recruitment.
∎ Able to achieve target efficiency (Target min) on line
∎ Able to train worker/ staff on all IE and lean management tools & Techniques
∎ Able to train worker/ staff on SOP/ QMS/ Compliance and on different motivational topics
∎ Must have basic knowledge of ERP system.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure workers/ staff SOP, QMS, Compliance and other system on production floor and every where
∎ Ensure best operational balanced layout and continua's follow-up for improvement.
∎ Able to generate weekly, Monthly, half yearly & yearly all KPIs report and performance to the Top Management & make improvement plan.
∎ Proper plan on unskilled/normal operators to improve their skills.
