- Knowledge of labor management, Bangladesh labor law and its amendment, Factory HR administration
- Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Responsibilities & Context:
We (BITOPI GROUP) are looking to get application from some potential candidates to work with our HR, Admin & Compliance Team as " Security Incharge" who will be responsible to look after overall Security issues of the unit. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Security activities of overall Factory.
- Ensure the security personnel are performing their duties sincerely and dedicatedly.
- Maintain liaison with nearest police station and other Govt. official/ Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
- Control and guide third party security personnel.
- Provide required training & counseling to security personnel on regular basis and take necessary initiative to improve the quality of security services.
- Check goods receive & dispatch everyday basis.
- Check inter factory goods receive, dispatch gate passes & all register book as maintain by security.
- Monitor and manage security job in connection with entry & exit of employees, visitors and other persons to avoid irregularities.
- Preparing duty rooster for guards and monitor them accordingly
- Monitoring CCTV system on regular basis.
