Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ To provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & Calculate required Manpower & Machinery.
∎ Preparing Line Lay -Out by following operation bulletin.
∎ Follow up line Balancing, Problem Identification & Solution, Line Target, Manpower & Machine Budget.
∎ Monitor hourly production as per target & find the bottle neck and solve it.
∎ Coordinate with Production & Planning team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Ensure the budgeted manpower are allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Ensure back to back feeding, checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitor the production floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control of the total production process.
∎ Minimizing wastes, defects and rejections to a reasonable level to ensure profitability.
∎ Monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) those are achieving as per given target.
∎ To help and motivate operator to achieve daily production target.
∎ Line balancing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
