Responsibilities & Context:
To conduct time & motion study in finishing section to establish standard minute value (SMV).
To analyze manpower, machine capacity, and line balancing for optimum productivity.
To prepare daily, hourly, and shipment-wise finishing production targets.
To monitor actual production vs target and identify bottlenecks in finishing operations.
To support layout planning and work study for ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and carton sections.
To improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce non-value-added activities in finishing process.
To calculate efficiency, manpower requirement, and cost per piece for finishing section.
To coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams for smooth workflow and shipment achievement.
To prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports to management.
To support new style setup, pilot run, and target fixation in finishing section.
To assist in capacity planning and shipment planning based on buyer requirements.
To ensure compliance with company IE standards, buyer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
