Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Eng Production will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering

Sweater Industry, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Co-ordinate with production (Merchandising & Marketing) department for optimal /lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Job location : Mouchak , Kunabari ,Gazipur , Dhaka.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Sweater industry.
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and spoken in English
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skill
∎ Line balancing knowledge
∎ Basics about skill matrix
∎ product layout knowledge
∎ Adaptive with change management.
