Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduate / Post graduate in Management, Textile, Engineering, Finance, or relevant disciplines.
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Sales & Marketing, strong team leading skills, Team management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Factory operations, Legal Compliances, Production, Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently to manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production targets with buyer-required quality standards.
∎ Lead automation, innovation & adaption of technology.
∎ Responsible for ongoing factory operations and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality, and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Attend customer meetings, and production meetings, share roadmap, and make sure on-time delivery on a priority basis.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Management reporting, information follow-up, and business process and organizational planning.
∎ To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies, and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation and when required.
∎ Ensure that the existing policies are implemented properly and update the policy regularly.
∎ Have to ensure a good working Environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Working experience with Japanese buyers will add extra advantage in work.
∎ Hard-working mentality and ready to accept any challenges.
