Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Preparing production plan.
∎ Responsible proper utilization of man-machine-materials by applying IE techniques in the production floor.
∎ Responsible for finishing & sewing operation / Execution as per planning.
∎ To ensure the machine/line plan meets the delivery date.
∎ To capable Good command in work study, time study, motion study, and other IE tools.
∎ Responsible for Line /floor manpower balancing with Supervisor/Incharge/APM/PM.
∎ Arrange forecast meeting regarding daily target, efficiency plan & previous target achievement, loss time, problem analysis etc.
∎ Responsible for call meeting with line people about process & quality issue regarding first output come.
∎ Responsible for workplace engineering follow up including 5 S.
∎ Responsible for update operator skill matrix data update.
∎ Responsible for Daily Target, Efficiency and manpower status update on the production board.
∎ Responsible for Production monitoring every hour & monitoring achievement.
∎ Responsible for Quality DHU & defective report review and meeting with quality concern for any quality issue.
∎ Responsible for daily work with SMED team to reduce any waste.
∎ Responsible for Pre-production meeting should participate.
∎ Monitor RFT operator project lines & skill upgrading of employees.
∎ Reduce unnecessary cost & increase the productivity.
∎ Need to do Floor balancing, absenteeism covering & monitoring hourly basis.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 03 to 05 year(s) in same field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Work Study/ Industrial & Production Engineering in Sewing production (02 years).
∎ Adequate Computer Knowledge.
