Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process.
∎ Conduct TNA, prepare training calendar and organize training & development programs.
∎ Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance within legal and regulatory framework.
∎ Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
∎ Manage database for attendance related matters.
∎ Design, review, update organization's organogram.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have strong presentation & communication skill.
∎ Strong MS Excel competency.
∎ Relevant computer applications knowledge and familiar with HRIS applications.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
