Major Duties and responsibilities:
Oversee HR related activities of factory premises to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute in HR planning and facilitating recruitment process.
Perform in formulating HR Policies in compliance within legal and regulatory framework.
Organize & coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
Ensure on time monthly payment
Organize & coordinate yearly increment process
