Skills Required: Disciplinary Action,Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel,Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English),Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006,HR Operations,Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have knowledge on Disciplinary action procedure as per Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure proper grievance handling from workers, staffs & other employees of the factories.

  • Maintain an up-to-date complaint register for all reported grievances and issues.

  • Investigate the grievances properly according to the Bangladesh Labor Law & Company Policy.

  • Conduct timely investigations and recommend necessary disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Ensure all investigations are completed within stipulated timeframes.

  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Take preventive measures to reduce grievances in factories.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

  • Ensure workers, staffs & other employees counseling to keep them motivated in the factories.

  • Form different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti-Harassment Committees & monitor their activities regularly.

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights and compile monthly reports on employee separation trends for analysis and decision-making.

  • Draft and issue official HR letters, notices, and internal memos as per organizational requirements.

  • Assist payroll, recruitment & training related issues.
