Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Food and Beverage Ltd. is looking for smart, energetic and dedicated female candidates for the position of Merchandiser in the Modern Trade Super Shop Division. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring proper merchandising, product visibility, and order collection at assigned super shop’s outlets to support continuous business growth.
Responsibilities:
Visit and merchandise assigned Modern Trade outlets (minimum 6–8 daily) to ensure proper product display and visibility.
Execute product sampling and consumer engagement activities to boost brand awareness and drive trial purchases.
Maintain and organize product shelves, POS materials, and promotional displays as per company standards.
Collect daily orders from outlets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure availability and shelf arrangement of AFBL, AHHL, ABEL, and AEEL products in all assigned outlets.
Push sales for near-expiry products to reduce wastage and improve stock rotation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly merchandising and sampling reports.
Communicate regularly with outlet managers and the sales team to ensure smooth product flow and promotion execution.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
