Akij Food and Beverage Ltd. is looking for smart, energetic and dedicated female candidates for the position of Merchandiser in the Modern Trade/ Super Shop Division for Bogura, Cumilla, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rangpur & Sylhet area.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring proper merchandising, product visibility, and order collection at assigned super shop’s outlets to support continuous business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Visit and merchandise assigned Modern Trade outlets (minimum 6–8 daily) to ensure proper product display and visibility.

• Execute product sampling and consumer engagement activities to boost brand awareness and drive trial purchases.

• Maintain and organize product shelves, POS materials, and promotional displays as per company standards.

• Collect daily orders from outlets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure availability and shelf arrangement of AFBL, AHHL, ABEL, and AEEL products in all assigned outlets.

• Push sales for near-expiry products to reduce wastage and improve stock rotation.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly merchandising and sampling reports.

• Communicate regularly with outlet managers and the sales team to ensure smooth product flow and promotion execution.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
