∎ 100% export oriented -EPZ based woven garments invites Executive of Human Resource & Compliance
∎ Job Location: Uttara export processing zone (UEPZ), Nilphamari.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment, selection & Placement
∎ Personal file prepared
∎ Attendance management
∎ Leave management
∎ Canteen management
∎ Orientation
∎ Training
∎ Salary management
∎ Housekeeping
∎ Sound knowledge of BEPZA law-2019 & BEPZA Salary Gadget-2018.
∎ Assist Manager - Admin & HR in all administrative activities of the factory.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant on MS office, MS Power Point and E-Mail communication
∎ Typing skills in English and Bangla mandatory
∎ Ability to work independently and in under pressure.
