∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Post Graduation Diploma/MIHRM will be given preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Must have expertise in using MS Office Applications,Experianced in using ERP Software to manage HR Functions will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compansation and Benefit Managenment, Performance Appraisal Manageemrnt, Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage the employees
∎ Formulate all hiring and training procedures for new employees
∎ Continually educate employees on company policies (attendance, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) & work scopes and keep employee handbook current
∎ Communicate with the Factory/Production Units/Depots to manage the HR related legal compliances
∎ Compensation and Benefits Package management, process of employee's payroll
∎ Leave management and application of the records to the final pack
∎ Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
∎ Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
∎ Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
∎ Manage and supervise the staffs, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good English Commination Skill
∎ Ability work in multifunction of HR Department
∎ Good knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Act, Bangladesh Labor Rule
