Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess competency mismatches and skill gaps among employees in various roles.
∎ Design and implement performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
∎ Evaluate the performance of new hires during their probationary period and assess their effectiveness and progress.
∎ Conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews, analyzing trends, and providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
∎ Facilitate performance review meetings between managers and employees, ensuring fairness, transparency, and constructive dialogue.
∎ Plan and organize employee events, activities, and initiatives to boost engagement and morale.
∎ Solicit feedback from employees through surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one meetings to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and improve overall workplace culture.
∎ Develop and implement wellness initiatives and health benefit programs aimed at promoting physical and mental health among employees.
∎ Provide daily activity reports.
∎ Conduct a 14-day cooling-off period assessment for new hires.
∎ Generate quarterly performance review reports for management.
∎ Conduct probation-to-confirmation assessments and yearly performance reviews.

∎ Role Description
