Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and deliver structured, interactive IELTS and English language lessons based on student needs.

• Prepare lesson plans, tasks, assessments, and follow-up activities aligned with target IELTS band scores.

• Conduct engaging classes using effective classroom management and modern teaching tools.

• Evaluate student progress through mock tests, assessments, and performance tracking.

• Provide timely feedback and individual counselling to improve student outcomes.

• Ensure consistency in teaching quality and support overall course continuity.

• Participate in professional development, training, and institutional initiatives.

• Contribute to academic content creation and assist in promotional or training activities when required.

• Build strong student rapport to ensure motivation, retention, and batch growth.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• IELTS certification with a minimum overall Band score above 7 (no less than 7.0 in any module) will be preferred.
