Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM from public or well reputed private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct employee's first appraisal (2 months), confirmation appraisal (6 months) and yearly appraisal within specific time as per SOP
∎ Issuance, collection of Performance Appraisal Form and obtain feedback from the Concerned Department or Unit Head and get recommendation from Head of HR
∎ Ensure preparation of various official documents (Transfer Note, Transfer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment, Service Separation, Service Experience, Resignation Acceptance, Promotion)
∎ Maintain required Database in HRIS of Monthly Joined Staff, Probation Status, Confirmation Increment & Annual Increment Status, Monthly Job Changes Status.
∎ Follow up Management Trainee (MT) program & ensure appropriate evaluation of them
∎ Create engagement with organizational culture, philosophy, values for newly joined employees
∎ Conduct Counseling, coaching, mentoring for Non-Performing employees and initiate for Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) & ensure proper regular monitoring
∎ Ensure talent pool of best performers and develop average performers
∎ Ensure completion of various HR programs/assignments
∎ Conduct HR team performance & HR Risk Analysis
∎ Analyze organizational need, identify, prepare & implement policy, rules & regulations;
∎ Conduct OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR developmental/HR R&D related tasks to create a desired culture
∎ Ensure automation on HR issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years' experience in the same position
∎ Working experience in HR with large Garments/Textile Industry, Group of Companies, etc.
∎ Experience of developing and reviewing policies and strategies
∎ Experience of developing performance indicators and their purpose
∎ Ability to identify, retrieve and interpret information from a variety of sources to produce reports to multiple audiences
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and easy to understand manner
∎ Effective consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
∎ Excellent communication skills -both oral and written;
∎ Ability to come up with innovative and creative solutions that ensure a more effective outcome
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision
