Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Scrutinize LC & SC with required amendment request to customer.
∎ Ensure clean LC and monitor shipment with stipulated timeframe in LC/SC.
∎ Database maintaining and ERP module update for daily basis bank acceptance and payments.
∎ Submit export document/bill of exchange to the bank with required papers (Bill of Entry/Mushok) complying the LC/SC terms and conditions.
∎ Monitoring of EXP/Bill of Entry overdue.
∎ Checking the party acceptance documents (after customer acceptance) and arrange required papers before submitting to bank.
∎ Communicate with the concern banks and commercials for bank maturity/acceptance progress and expedite the acceptance within 7-days of documents submission.
∎ Reach out to customer’s commercial with unpaid bank acceptance and payments to attempt to collect on before maturity.
∎ Escalate to team leader/management in any management communication required.
∎ Notify the customer through email/phone call before having overdue accounts.
∎ Prepare PRC statements and get signed by lien banks for yearly customs audit.
∎ Monthly Bank acceptance target achievement.
