Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Labor Law, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing daily attendance reports, and updating the leave database of employees on HRIS Software.
∎ Performing recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, scheduling job interviews, contacting candidates as needed, competitive exam process, physical interviews, and employee onboarding process.
∎ Maintaining and updating the employee's personal file.
∎ Preparing proper recordkeeping of various letters such as Experience Certificate, Salary Certificate, Letter of Introduction, and other personnel documents.
∎ Maintaining HR Software and keep updating all information on a regular basis.
∎ Conducting monthly payroll, transfer allowance, food bills, Eid incentive, bonus, health insurance, confirmation, promotion, and final settlement.
∎ Dealing with other HR-related responsibilities as per Management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law & Rules.
∎ Well-skilled in MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to work independently in a pressured environment.
∎ Hard Working, dynamic & able to learn quickly.
∎ Good command of Bengali/ English, both written and verbal.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
