Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Employee Life-cycle Management to ensure all relevant processes from hire to retire.
∎ Participate in Job fair, conduct on-campus hiring and other employer branding activities.
∎ Carry out filing, record keeping, documentation, and management of personnel file.
∎ Assist in preparing/updating departmental SOPs/policies.
∎ Engage in HR Analytics and prepare different Management reports.
∎ Assist in Recruitment, Performance Management & OD activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on modern HR tools, techniques.
∎ Strong communications and analytical skills.
∎ Well versed in MS Office tools.
