HRIS knowledge, Maternity bill, payroll management, Personal File Management, Worker Recruitment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & Non-Management staffs;
∎ Handle employee's motivation, mentoring, relation & discipline;
∎ Maintain attendance and leave management;
∎ Maintain & update worker's personal file & records;
∎ Prepare final Settlement bill & maternity bill;
∎ Maintain & update required HRIS & Prepare & generate various HR reports & when required;
∎ Assist to maintain industrial relations in factory and handle industrial disputes in proactive manner;
∎ Monitor worker's grievance and take necessary step accordingly by coordinating with senior officials.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives

∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
