Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM from reputed university.
∎ PGD-HR from BIM will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: ToT,BLR,PMS
∎ Skills Required: Data Analytics, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Disciplinary Action, Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Grievance Handling, Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit workers as per Human Resource Plan (HRP);
∎ Ensure the maintenance of employees personal files;
∎ Follow-up workers induction program and ensure employees ID card within 2 days of joining;
∎ Analyze the reason of separation & absenteeism and take corrective action to reduce the same;
∎ Take necessary action for absenteeism & late coming;
∎ Implement performance management system as per policy;
∎ Implement monitor & asses KPI data base;
∎ Identify and determine the causes of performance problems and developing recommendations of improvements.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
